Theses smallish titans are spawned by Maximus Titanus every few seconds. If you kill thoses quickly enough, you won't even see them.
They attack your building directly, ignoring most barricades on the way, but they do only two damage before dying. Nanohardening or Shield Generator will half thoses damages. With both, they will litteraly do nothing.
Because Titan (world) missions are long and there is a lot of other damage flying to your tower, they are a real, albeit mild, annoyance.
