They lead the Saturnus Effigia columns. They aren't overly resilient, but they hit pretty hard if left unchecked. Because of that, X-Ray Scanner with some AP guns is a lot more manageable than Capacitor.
They attack your tower first, unlike the Eridianus Effigia, and like all Wraith ignore wall. It mean that having tower able to dispatch them quickly is high priority.
